Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Junior Field Application Engineer to join our Humanoid Robot design team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the deployment, testing, and on-site support of our advanced robotic systems. While a strong foundation in software is essential, the primary focus will be on evaluating robot performance in real-world scenarios, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system integration and operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Robot Deployment & Field Support
Deploy, configure, and maintain humanoid robots in both test environments and live field locations.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging
Identify and resolve software, hardware, and communication issues through hands-on diagnosis, log analysis, and software patching.
• Performance Monitoring & Data Collection
Utilize diagnostic tools to monitor robot behavior, collect operational data, and provide actionable insights to the development team.
• Scripting & Tooling Support
Write and maintain Python scripts and lightweight tools to streamline robot configuration, testing, and diagnostics.
• Field Feedback & Reporting
Deliver clear, structured feedback and documentation based on field observations to help enhance product design and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with software engineers, hardware teams, and robotics experts to validate functionality and system integration.
• Training & Internal Support (Optional)
Provide basic operational training and troubleshooting guidance to internal users or customers, if needed.
