We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant who mainly provides administrative and organizational support to CEO. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the CEO/ Managing Director.
  • Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders; detailing of meeting minutes and agenda.
  • Follow up on meeting minutes and ensure all actionable are completed within the target timescale.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • To draft speech, presentation, reports as requested by the CEO.
  • Maintain office systems including data management, data entry etc...
  • Liaise and work together with the HR Team whenever necessary.









Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related field.
  • Fresh Grads are very welcome to apply.
  • Good presentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable personality.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Words, Excel).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Detail oriented and highly organised individual.
  • Good Time Management, excellent interpersonal skills and positive mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR related experience would be beneficial.
