Our client is in the F&B industry. They are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Executive Assistant to join their team and support in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Job Overview:

As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support in managing their schedules and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the Director's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and requests as appropriate.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  4. Organize and maintain files and records.
  5. Coordinate and assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  6. Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and announcements.
  7. Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  8. Provide additional administrative support as required by the executive team.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Discretion and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  7. Professional and friendly demeanor.
  8. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
