Job description

Position Details:

• Full-time
• 5 days' work week, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Your Role

• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing processes
• Preparation of payments, tax invoices, and journals
• Managing cheque issuance and Giro payments
• Verifying petty cash reimbursements and travel claims
• Maintaining the daily cash book schedule and monitoring cash flow and balances
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Inputting payment, invoice, and journal entries into Globe 3 software
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

The Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of working experience
• Prior experience in construction industry is not a requirement but an advantage for this position
