A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for product operations focusing on live-streaming features. The role involves planning, executing campaigns, and analyzing user behavior while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a background in product operations with strong analytical and communication skills. Only Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, copywriting, execution, and performance analysis of live-streaming product features, with accountability for key metric growth;
Effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering, ensuring timely delivery of campaign solutions;
Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate product features and campaign performance, forecast potential results, and iterate on optimization strategies;
Analyse user behaviour and psychological patterns to effectively utilize resources and drive improvement in core business metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline;
At least 6 months of experience in product operations or campaign planning; fresh graduates will be considered;
Prior experience in operating product features or user campaigns on overseas social/entertainment platforms (e.g., live streaming, voice-based communities) is a Preferred qualification;
Solid analytical thinking, data literacy, Fluent in English & Mandarin, Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma); familiarity with internet media and content distribution platforms.

Working Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 5 work week, Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
Salary: $3000-$5000
