Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in Singapore seeks motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to support ERP/MES implementation projects in manufacturing environments. You will assist with system configuration, testing, data validation, user support, and implementation activities.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams, gather business requirements, and participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or academic exposure in ERP/MES projects.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP/MES implementation and deployment activities.
• Gather business requirements and assist with configuration.
• Perform testing, data validation, and quality checks.
• Support user training and post-go-live activities.
