What You Bring to the Table:
● A degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related creative field—your foundation in storytelling
● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production, with directing credits that show your vision in action
● A sharp creative instinct with a passion for visual storytelling that captivates and connects
● Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative spirit that lifts the team
● Proficiency in editing software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Avid—you know how to bring a story to life in post
● Solid experience behind the camera and with lighting setups—you’re comfortable on set and know what it takes to get the perfect shot
