[A Day in the Life]
Your day as a Junior Desktop Engineer begins with checking open tickets and preparing your task list under the guidance of the team lead. You may help set up new laptops for incoming staff, assist a user with a slow PC, or troubleshoot a printer not connecting to the network. You’ll learn on the job by shadowing experienced engineers, escalating complex tasks, and gradually taking on more responsibility. By the end of the day, you’ll have logged your tasks, learned something new, and contributed to the team’s support goals.
