Junior Data Analyst (PGDM Finance Freshers)

• Let's be #BrilliantTogether! ISS STOXX is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Global Data Operations team. This position is based in Mumbai and is an integral part of the data operations team.

Overview

The role involves delivering data and research in an assigned market. Our team has four pillars with global coverage:

• Core (Individual): Master data management, employment history
• Core (Company): Board of directors, shareholder rights, stock, audit findings

Note: Candidates residing in Mumbai only can apply.

Responsibilities

1. Search for, collect, and verify data of varying complexity for companies in the assigned market, based on current methodologies and sources.
2. Attend to internal/client queries to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
3. Adhere to work process standards to maintain data quality.
4. Meet deadlines for work assignments.
5. Escalate data issues and perform root-cause analysis as needed.
6. Update internal performance monitoring documents.
7. Participate in projects and committees beyond core responsibilities.
8. Maintain proper documentation and files as per policies.

Qualifications

• Post-graduation in Finance or Economics (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner, willing to work beyond traditional hours if needed.
• Experience in data collection, corporate governance, or business research is a plus.
