Job description

Our client a Big Tech, is looking for an Data Operations Specialist passionate about improving operational efficiency and supporting a growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working with medium-large teams, is data-driven, understands support workflows and KPIs, and is resourceful in solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Review operational issues, identify process gaps or tech solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics; identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage daily standups, ticket prioritization, and support handovers across regions.
  • Prepare content for business reviews and regional meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and flag deviations impacting support quality.
  • Update status pages for product issues and coordinate customer API notifications.
  • Document learnings and share operational insights with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of operations support experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and support workflows.
  • Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

This is a rolling contract role starting at 6 months.
