Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Data Analyst to support data collection and cleaning efforts for 2024 and 2025. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in data reconciliation. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing analyses, review data modules, and support IT with manpower data development. This position offers an hourly wage, a 12-month contract, and operates Monday to Friday during normal office hours.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizenship required.
• Proficient in data cleaning and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual local-foreign and attrition analyses.
• Assist in data collection and cleaning for 2024 and 2025.
• Review data module and SOPs to improve data collection.
• Support IT in developing new manpower data module.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
• Perform administrative tasks such as setting up meetings.

Job Descriptions

Job Requirements
