We are a leading playground design and manufacturing company passionate about creating innovative, safe, and engaging play environments for children. We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our team and help bring inspiring playscapes to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of unique, architectural playscapes that blend creativity, functionality, and safety.

• Conduct market and design trend research to stay current with emerging playground and design practices.

• Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to translate client briefs and ideas into compelling conceptual designs.

• Prepare high-quality design presentations including 3D models, renderings, and artistic impressions for client proposals and internal reviews.

• Manage and meet project deadlines, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of design concepts.

• Refine and finalize approved design concepts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.

• Continuously ideate, sketch, and develop new playscape concepts that align with brand vision and user needs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input throughout the design process.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

• Critical design thinking and proficient in 2D and 3D software (includes Indesign, Photoshop, AutoCad, Rhinoceros etc)

• Prior experience or strong interest in landscape, product design, or architecture design will be an advantage.

• A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and an eye for detail.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Passionate about designing meaningful, playful, and user-centred environments for children.
