Job Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and solutions for client queries regarding voucher sales and redemptions.
- Voucher Sales and Stock Management
- Process voucher sales orders, coordinate redemptions, and manage collections.
- Oversee voucher stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking.
- Print and prepare materials, including paper bags, envelopes, and other necessary items.
- Delivery Coordination
- Liaise with courier vendors to arrange and schedule deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure all delivery requirements are met and address any issues promptly.
- Track and document delivery statuses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Update and maintain sales reports, presentations, and relevant documents regularly.
- Ensure proper organization and accessibility of records and files.
- Project Assistance
- Support and assist the Corporate Sales Manager in planning and executing corporate projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Compile and update reports, presentations, and analytics for sales performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to the team.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sales in related industries will be advantageous.
- No experience or fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated and driven towards achieving higher sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and some Photoshop & design skills.
- Availability to commence within short notice is preferred.
