Responsibilities

• Cord Blood and Umbilical Cord Processing: Assist in acceptance, processing and storage of cord blood and cord samples; follow SOPs for proper handling.
• Quality Testing: Perform basic quality control tests on processed samples under supervision; document deviations.
• Specimen Management: Maintain records of samples, storage location and processing history; ensure proper labeling and tracking.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements; maintain clean, organized workspace to prevent cross-contamination.
