Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in marinating, seasoning, and prepping ingredients for our signature charcoal-grilled dishes.
• Learn to manage charcoal heat, cook food to perfection, and deliver smoky, flavorful meals.
• Help maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring top-notch food quality and safety.
• Work alongside a fun, energetic crew that supports each other in and out of the kitchen.
