About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Junior Content Support Executive to support our content and community engagement team as our client base grows.

This is not a content writing role. Your main job will be to vet AI content, apply amendments requested by clients, and make sure everything meets our quality standards before it is sent out or published. You will also handle day-to-day client communication and support our forum engagement work.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Content Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

Content support

• Reviewing and vetting AI-generated blog article content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and adherence to client briefs.

• Applying changes and amendments requested by clients to blog articles and other content.

• Carrying out final quality checks before content is sent to clients or published.

Client communication

• Replying to client emails and handling basic client queries promptly and professionally.

• Following up with clients on feedback, approvals, and outstanding items where required.

• Keeping internal teammates updated on client requests and progress.

Forum and community engagement

• Identifying relevant forum discussions and engagement opportunities for our clients.

• Preparing and posting suitable forum replies in line with company and client guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent written English, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and awkward phrasing.

• Ability to follow briefs, style guides, and instructions precisely.
