Job summary

Conexus Studio Pte Ltd. is seeking a communications designer to translate projects, ideas and brand messages into clear, engaging design across digital and print—from social content to corporate presentations.

You will receive daily creative guidance from our Senior Creative and support branding and marketing activities across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, contributing typography, layout, and visual storytelling across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related discipline, or equivalent training with strong portfolio.
• Strong portfolio required; candidates with relevant skills encouraged to apply.
• Good foundations in typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Lightroom and Photoshop; working knowledge of PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand visuals and content for social and digital channels (carousels, short animations, video edits).
• Create layouts for project case studies, brochures, profiles and corporate presentations.
• Select, crop and retouch project photography for consistent presentation.
• Prepare production-ready artwork meeting printer and digital platform specs.

We are seeking a communications designer with a thoughtful eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling. You will translate our projects, ideas and brand messages into clear, engaging design across digital and print, from social content and corporate presentations to publications and event materials. You will receive day-to-day creative guidance from our Senior Creative, supporting branding and marketing activity across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia..

What you'll be doing:

Brand & Visual Content

• Explore fresh visual concepts and experiment with typography, imagery and motion to bring our projects and brand stories to life.
• Develop visual content for social and digital channels, including carousels, short animations and video edits.
• Develop layouts for project case studies, brochures, company profiles and corporate presentations.
• Select, crop and retouch project photography, ensuring images are presented consistently and suit each format.

Campaign & Event Design

• Design campaign assets, invitations, signage, displays and branded collateral for events and marketing partnerships.
• Adapt approved concepts into different sizes and formats for regional use, maintaining visual consistency.

Templates & Asset Management

• Support the development and upkeep of brand templates and reusable presentation assets that colleagues can use confidently.
• Organise working files, photography, templates and final artwork so that approved materials are easy to find and reuse.
• Apply naming and version-control practices consistently across design deliverables.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork to meet printer, supplier and digital platform specifications.
• Check layouts, image quality, formatting and supplied copy before submitting work for review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline, or equivalent training supported by a strong portfolio.
• Applicants with a strong portfolio and relevant skills are welcome to apply.
• Good foundations in typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom and Photoshop, with working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• An interest in architecture, interior design, photography or the built environment.
• Careful attention to detail and an organised approach to files, feedback and deadlines.
• Ability to explain design choices, communicate clearly and work constructively with colleagues.
• Basic motion graphics and video-editing skills, or a portfolio demonstrating an interest in developing these capabilities.
