Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in Singapore. The role emphasizes AWS, Azure, or GCP, networking, virtualization, and security best practices.

You will work with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based systems. Entry-level experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and routing.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across public and hybrid environments.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations and deployments.
• Provision resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Monitor cloud environments and ensure SLA compliance.
• Perform maintenance, patching, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Configure and manage virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, and security settings in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve cloud infrastructure and network issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project reports.
