About Us:

Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co (IG: @gustapizza.co) is a young and dynamic team passionate about R&D and creating new products. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join and expand our team.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Prior F&B experience is preferable but not necessary. Candidates should have the right to work in Singapore.

Your Role:
  • Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation for consistency
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain food storage areas according to hygiene, health, and safety policies
  • Perform stock taking, control, and ordering
  • Handle opening and closing duties
  • Manage hygiene standards per SFA requirements
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors
Candidate Requirements:
  • Love cooking, baking, and kitchen environments
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills
  • Proactive in giving and receiving feedback
  • Optimistic, warm, and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • O Level, Diploma, Nitec, or Professional certificate
  • Min 1 year of experience preferred but not necessary (training provided)
Benefits:
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,600 per month
  • 4 days + 1/2 day work week (44h/week)
  • Overtime pay and monthly performance bonus ($300-600)
