A leading company in Singapore is seeking a business analyst for a 6-month contract role focused on supporting project delivery in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include leading user acceptance testing (UAT), collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with prior experience in an insurance environment.
6 months contract
Supported project delivery to ensure timely implementation with high quality.
Participated in stakeholder discussions, proposed solutions aligned with business goals, and documented requirements and business rules.
Collaborated with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project timelines.
Converted business requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Led and executed UAT, ensuring results were properly documented.
Monitored and tracked defects, coordinating with IT to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
Facilitated defect review meetings with IT teams when necessary.
Developed training materials and conducted training sessions for stakeholders.
Performed system checks after deployment to verify successful implementation.
Actively pursued continuous improvements and innovation within the scope of responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a tester/ business analyst in Insurance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
