• Participated in stakeholder discussions, proposed solutions aligned with business goals, and documented requirements and business rules.

• Collaborated with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project timelines.

• Converted business requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Led and executed UAT, ensuring results were properly documented.

• Monitored and tracked defects, coordinating with IT to resolve issues within agreed timelines.

• Facilitated defect review meetings with IT teams when necessary.

• Developed training materials and conducted training sessions for stakeholders.

• Performed system checks after deployment to verify successful implementation.

• Actively pursued continuous improvements and innovation within the scope of responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a tester/ business analyst in Insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office
