Job summary

Pds is seeking a qualified Program/Project Manager in Singapore to collate and manage detailed information for assigned business verticals, and to support user communities with guidance on BAU activities. The role involves governance of scope, data-flow alignment, and end-to-end change management across complex projects.

You will prepare test plans, conduct UAT oversight, document processes, and ensure timely delivery within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Singaporeans/PR only.
• Minimum 2 years in program, project management, or consulting in a complex environment.
• Experience in business roles with change management.
• Experience managing complex, integrated business change projects.
• Ability to see connections across processes and future state impacts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, contentof the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changesassociated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearlydocument the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role inensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information requiredfrom source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flowstrategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process toensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought throughfrom a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-endconfiguration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, businesssolutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.
• Able to prepare test plan and test cases based on business/user requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing activities on SSB machines
• Provide daily testing report
• Perform Project and BAU analysis wherever required
• Able to work under tight timeline and can deliver good quality work
• May be assigned to other activities during engagement period
