Responsible for preparing coffee-based drinks and cocktails, adhering to department guidelines, ensuring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and compliance with operational and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares all beverages, including coffee and cocktails, following company guidelines and product manuals, with a deep understanding of the beverage industry and its trends.
  • Provides exemplary customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and empathizing with customers to meet their needs.
  • Manages opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar area and equipment are well-maintained and hygienic.
  • Ensures the bar is orderly and equipment functions properly, maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Handles stock management adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Collaborates with service staff and pastry counter assistants to ensure timely service.
  • Presents and promotes products to enhance customer interest and sales.
  • Manages complaints, escalating to the Caffè manager as needed based on the customer type or situation.
  • Ensures proper handover to colleagues in the next shift or day.
  • Maintains cleanliness, order, and the pastry shop's image, following company guidelines and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Adheres strictly to company guidelines regarding appearance and reflects the company's image.
