Job Summary:

Note: Due to quota constraints, this position is open only to candidates who do not require work permit sponsorship.

Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 depending on experience

Hours: 44 hrs/week (5.5 days/week)

Locations: Siglap Road + Maxwell Road (alternating)

Experience: 1+ years

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic espresso & milk-steaming techniques; familiarity with grinders and brewers
• Ability to follow recipes, dial in espresso, and maintain equipment (cleaning/calibrating)
• Latte-art basics (training provided on the job)
• Customer service & communication: friendly, approachable, attentive, gentle upselling
• Attention to detail: precise measurements, consistent quality, cleanliness
• Multitasking & time management: handling orders, payments, and back-bar tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving: troubleshooting equipment issues and customer concerns
