Job summary

You will assist supervisors with ad hoc projects, participate in department tasks, and may rotate duties as needed. Public holiday work for HK coverage with compensation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Process RPC (Regional Processing Center) Hong Kong main trade transactions.
• Match and reconcile all completed work.
• Filing and general admin duties.
• Cover Export Work Flow (EWF) duties if required.
• Assist in admin duties and adhoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Assist the team in any adhoc admin work and projects as assigned.
• Job rotation may be required as advised.
