Job Title: Junior Baker or Baking apprentice
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 44 hours per week 6 days work
Salary Range: $3150 - $3500
Job Description:
• Assist in daily bakery production such as mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Learn and follow recipes, production processes, and hygiene standards
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory control
• Participate in a structured training program aimed at developing bakery and operations skills
• Learn the basics of bakery shop operations and team leadership over time
Requirements:
• Diploma in Baking, Pastry, Culinary Arts or Degree in any field
• Some hands-on baking experience (school projects, internships, part-time work) preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Keen interest in developing a career in the bakery or F&B industry
