Job description

Our client is an European Private Bank based in Singapore. This role is an additional headcount who will work within a centralized Assistant Relationship Management Desk in providing support to the team to drive success for the front office, enabling them to focus on their primary job duties.

Job Description:

  • Oversee client onboarding and account setup, assist Front Office teams, and facilitate account terminations.
  • Execute initial KYC procedures, verify client instructions, and support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review and improve processes, policies, and workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Serve as a key contact point for Relationship Managers, Client Service teams, and internal departments.
  • Manage process improvements, communicate with stakeholders, and handle general administrative responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • CACS Paper 1 & 2
  • University degree with 3+ years of related experience, ideally in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk control and compliance.
  • Proactive approach in providing solutions to challenges with a strong capacity for critical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong ethical standards, a collaborative mindset, and adherence to regulations.
