Job description

The Junior Art Director is a visual problem-solver with a passion for creativity and innovation. Working closely with senior creatives, you will support the development of visual concepts from ideation to execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to client projects, and ensure your designs reflect both creative excellence and brand alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build Business:

  • Collaborate with copywriters and senior creatives to develop visual concepts that meet client expectations and align with brand strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of concepts, layouts, and visual content that support a brand's tone, identity, and goals.
  • Ensure designs maintain a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and align with the brand’s essence.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, assisting in guiding them through the creative process and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Stay current on trends, new technologies, and cultural developments to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Support the agency’s objectives by contributing to client pitches and helping ensure creative deliverables are timely and meet expectations.
  • Stay plugged into emerging trends and social platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, to inform and enhance content creation.

Build Profile:

  • Contribute to the creation of visually compelling work that strengthens the agency’s reputation and stands out in both traditional and digital spaces.
  • Assist in presenting ideas to internal teams and clients, emphasizing clarity and creative direction.
  • Be involved in social-first and traditional content creation, elevating creative strategies to make cultural impact.

Build People:

  • Play an active role in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and creative team environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (traffic, accounts, strategy, project management) to ensure seamless execution of projects, from concept to final delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and creative ideation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.
  • Passion for social media, creator culture, and emerging content formats, with a keen eye on trends and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
