Job description

ROLE

The Junior Art Director is responsible for concept creation as well as all visual elements of advertising campaigns from traditional to experiential to digital. The interpretation of client briefs into award winning creative concepts and ideas is paramount. The Junior Art Director will need to be in touch with the latest cultural and digital trends. He/She contributes to campaigns from ideation to production and will have to work well under pressure and tight deadlines and when needed, lend support to seniors in the department. Craft should be of the highest priority, with the ability to bring to life creative concepts to their fullest potential.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for digitally minded, wickedly talented, conceptual creative with:

- An interesting portfolio of ideas

- The ability to demonstrate potential in ideation across a spectrum of brands

- Media agnostic thinking and execution

- Strong communications skills

- Strong presentation skills

- Relevant experience working on local/regional/international campaigns is a plus

SKILLS

The candidate must possess/be:

  1. An independent conceptual thinker
  2. A killer eye for art direction, bringing big ideas to life
  3. Great presentation skills
  4. Digital native
  5. Comfortable with social platforms and content production
  6. Unafraid to challenge briefs

DEPARTMENT

  • Proactively share knowledge, experience and expertise within the department
  • Help contribute to and develop BBH IP and agency process when appropriate

  2. A leader fronting and motivating the junior teams on initiatives for new and existing clients

DEPARTMENT
