Job summary

GRID ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Junior Architect to contribute to architectural design development, authority submissions, and construction documentation. You will collaborate with experienced architects and project teams to deliver comprehensive architectural solutions from concept through construction.

This full-time position is based in Singapore Outram Park, offering a monthly salary of SGD 4,000–5,000 and opportunities to grow professionally within a multidisciplinary practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or above) from local or overseas universities; local graduates preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• 2-3 years experience or strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• QP status is advantageous but not essential.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or above) from local or overseas universities. Local university graduates preferred, Overseas university graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality architectural outputs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Positive learning attitude with willingness to grow professionally in architectural practice
• Experience of 2-3 years in relevant architectural roles or strong portfolio for fresh graduates
• Qualified Person (QP) status is advantageous but not essential
