Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Junior Architect located in Jalan Kilang. Our client is a professional consultancy firm in handling Architectural, Construction Administration & Supervision, Project Management, Co-ordination and Design of Industrial Buildings.

You will coordinate with consultants to ensure design, technical, and regulatory compliance, and assist in preparing design submissions and construction drawings. Your role includes basic drafting work and maintaining regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide the technical team on planning and building regulation requirements and support overall project coordination, including meeting documentation and ensuring deliverables meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Degree in relevant Architectural studies

  • At least 3 years relevant Architectural working experiences

  • Ability to plan and implement building projects such as industrial development
