Job description

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory functions with high accuracy, adhering strictly to quality standards.
  • Maintain compliant records for testing activities, including raw data and usage logs.
  • Prepare media and materials for testing, including glassware washing and depyrogenation.
  • Conduct environment monitoring and QC of media and consumables.
  • Inspect incoming test samples and inventory, resolving discrepancies per SOPs.
  • Generate accurate, timely test reports to meet quality targets.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness and support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
  • Assist during audits and support process improvements.
  • Contribute to method development and validation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in client test demonstrations as needed.
  • Report any hazardous or quality-related incidents to superiors.
  • Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations, including mandatory training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the role's scope.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, ITE, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cGMP or ISO17025 regulated laboratory is advantageous.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and motivated.
  • Strong command of English and good technical judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
