Job summary

Tangspac Consulting is seeking a junior AML/KYC analyst for a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will support data analysis, screen reviews and investigations, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm. This role is ideal for candidates with a Diploma or GCE A/Levels and relevant experience.

You will review name screening hits, update AML/KYC records, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining regulatory standards and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE A/Levels with relevant experience in AML/KYC.
• Proficiency or experience in KYC and AML functions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Review name screening hits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance.
• Update AML and KYC records accurately to maintain regulatory standards.
• Analyze and align data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct investigations and coordinate follow-ups with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Adapt to additional related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
