Job summary

Mosaic Consulting Group seeks early-career professionals to design and implement AI agent workflows across enterprise platforms and data pipelines. You will work from day one on live client engagements, guided by senior consultants to ensure reliable deployments and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong structured thinking, curiosity about AI agents, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience
• Demonstrated curiosity about how AI agents work and how to orchestrate workflows
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows connecting enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, UKG)
• Orchestrate multi-step AI processes including prompting, tool-calling, and agent loops
• Analyse business processes to identify measurable value from agentic AI
• Build and test automations in production-adjacent environments with real data
• Collaborate with senior consultants on live client engagements across the region
• Document agent designs, workflow logic, and implementation decisions clearly

The Opportunity

This is not a pure coding role. You will think like a systems designer and an AI workflow architect: how does enterprise data flow, where can agents be deployed reliably, how do you orchestrate multi-step AI processes, and how do you explain what you are building to client teams? You will work on live engagements from day one, alongside senior consultants and architects who will push you and back you at the same time.

What You Will Do

• Design and build agentic workflows connecting enterprise platforms (SAP, UKG, data pipelines, APIs)
• Orchestrate multi-step AI processes: structured prompting, tool-calling, agent loops, and output validation
• Analyse business processes and identify where agentic AI creates measurable, reliable value
• Build and test automations in production-adjacent environments with real data and real constraints
• Work alongside senior consultants and architects on live client engagements across the region
• Document agent designs, workflow logic, and implementation decisions clearly

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience — we hire for trajectory, not just track record
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong structured thinking; comfortable operating in ambiguous, real-world environments
• Genuine curiosity about how AI agents work — not just using tools, but understanding orchestration and workflow design
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Must be authorised to work in Singapore — sponsorship is not available for this role

Nice to Have

Candidates who have explored any of the following will contribute faster and will be prioritised — conceptual understanding counts, not just formal experience:

• Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, or other frontier LLM APIs — even experimentation or personal projects
• Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks, structured prompting, or multi-step agent pipelines
• Personal projects, FYPs, or GitHub experiments involving AI automation or agent-based systems
