Flamingo Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior AI Algorithm Engineer for our Chip Design Team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing AI-based image and audio processing algorithms and deploying them on NPU platforms.

You will design C models for acceleration, optimize performance, and provide support to customers on toolchains. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AI algorithm development experience in at least one area such as image enhancement, coding, or audio processing.
• 2+ years deploying and optimizing AI algorithms on NPUs with hands-on experience using NPU toolchains.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-based image enhancement algorithms (super-resolution, denoising) and AI ISP; plus audio AI algorithms (speech recognition, noise reduction).
• Deploy and optimize algorithms on NPU platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers on NPU toolchains and deployment.
• Design C models for AI hardware acceleration algorithms.

Junior AI Algorithm Engineer (Chip Design Team)

Base: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-based image enhancement algorithms, including super-resolution, denoising, and AI ISP, as well as audio AI algorithms such as speech recognition and noise reduction.
• Deploy and optimize AI algorithms on NPU platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers on NPU toolchains and algorithm deployment.
• Design C models for AI hardware acceleration algorithms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in AI algorithm development, with in-depth expertise in at least one area such as deep-learning-based image enhancement, image/video coding, or audio processing.
• 2+ years of experience deploying and optimizing AI algorithms on NPUs, with hands-on experience using NPU toolchains and strong knowledge of AI hardware operators.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging projects. EA License: R1987104
