Junior Admin Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a resilient, highly detail-oriented and proactive Junior Admin Support Assistant to join our fast paced team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative support to various departments and all the ad hoc duties assigned. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general office duties
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Conduct professional outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments, and follow up on pending matters
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and meeting minutes
  • Organize and manage office supplies and stationery inventory
  • Coordinate document delivery and collection when needed
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:
