Job summary

LITTLE SWAN AIR-CONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated entry-level engineer to support ACMV projects in Singapore. You will assist in schedules, estimates, tender documents and coordination with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with basic ACMV knowledge and AutoCAD skills, and values strong communication, independence and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of ACMV experience will have an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in the ACMV construction industry.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, reports and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and RFQs.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project meetings and technical discussions with senior staff.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Project Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
