Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION in Singapore seeks a Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to support planning, coordination and execution of ACMV works for a major infrastructure project. You will assist in site coordination and review drawings with senior engineers.

Ideal candidates, including fresh graduates or early career professionals, should have knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, strong document skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems is advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• TUAS areas (Transport provided for designated MRT station to site office)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer in coordinating ACMV installation works on site.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and material deliveries.
• Assist in material requisitions, quantity tracking, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Provide engineering support for site coordination and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
