Junior Accounts Executive

Our Client is a local company based in Singapore

Positon: Junior Account Executive

Salary: $2600

Location: Boon Lay

Job Description:

• Partial accounts payable and receivables.

• Reconciliation of sales receipts and cash transactions.

• Data entry includes keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system.

• Ensure all sales are accurately booked to the accounting system with supporting documents.

• Liaise with various departments and Outlets’ staffs to ensure and match all Outlets’ sales transactions are accurate and tally with bank and accounting records.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing process.

• To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time, as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least O’ level, Professional Certificate, NITEC/ Higher NITEC or equivalent.

• Min. 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.

• Good knowledge of accounting software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry.

• Able to work independently.

• Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines
