A construction and design firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an administrative role focused on financial tasks and customer interactions. Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions, preparing sales invoices, and helping with payroll. Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally as a Malaysian or local ITE or Polytechnic graduate. Job Responsibility:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare quotation/sales invoice and email them to customers.
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Help process payroll
- Admin job - Answer calls & emails - Maintaining filling system
- MYOB
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Minimum 1 year working experience
