A financial services provider in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Administrator. The role involves maintaining accounts, preparing financial statements, and handling customer feedback. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 1-3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is vital for communication with clients. Mainly responsible for accounts and office administration activities such as preparation quotation & update email registration for company's clients.
Account Reporting - maintaining a full set of accounts, preparation of unaudited/audited financial statement for internal and company's clients.
Book-keeping - entry into accounting system: sales & purchase invoices, expenses, capital expenditure, staff claims and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
Handle customers' request and feedback.
Ensure timely and accurate submission for tax and XBRL filling for company's clients.
To execute a portfolio of accounting clients under guidance of senior staff.
High discipline in following company procedures and policies.
Any other ad-hoc duties and jobs assigned by superiors.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.
At least 1-3 years experience in accounting firm.
Candidates with audit background are also welcome to apply.
Leadership ability with experience leading e-invoice project will be advantageous.
Motivated and able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in mandarin is vital for this role to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts.
