The role involves handling day-to-day accounting matters, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrators. The ideal candidate is meticulous, disciplined, and able to follow instructions with precision. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate closely with external service providers such as auditors, tax agents, banks, lawyers, and corporate secretarial firms.
  • Support internal documentation, data verification, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Carry out assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following established processes and timelines.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.
