About the Team - Join a Dynamic Finance Team at the Heart of Our Singapore HQ

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in finance within a supportive, fast-paced, and internationally connected environment. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager, Singapore, and collaborate with an experienced team that values knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to key financial processes and contribute to the effective running of our regional finance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support monthly account reconciliations and help ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparation of financial reports and cash flow summaries
  • Contribute to Statement of Accounts (SOA) preparation, accounts receivable tracking, and accounts payable verification and processing
  • Participate in tax filings, regulatory declarations, and internal group reporting
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and internal controls
  • Work with external auditors to support audit-related activities
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and cross-functional collaborations as needed
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic business environment
  • Prior internship or exposure to accounting or audit work is a plus, but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, to support interactions with regional teams
Why You’ll Thrive Here
  • Meaningful exposure to end-to-end finance functions in a regional setting
  • Guidance from experienced professionals who are open to sharing knowledge and best practices
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented culture where initiative is valued
  • Opportunities for career development in a stable and forward-thinking organization
