Qualifications

• Diplôme ou licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.

• Familiarité avec les logiciels de comptabilité est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Assister à la saisie des données, aux factures et au traitement des paiements.
• Effectuer les réconciliations bancaires quotidiennes.
• Aider à la préparation des résumés financiers et des rapports.

Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. No experience? No problem! If you have a background in accounting and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude, we’re happy to train you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry, invoices, and payment processing (AP & AR)
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Help prepare financial summaries and basic reports
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate records and document filing
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on finance matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• No prior experience needed, just a keen attitude and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with accounting software is a bonus (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a positive mindset
