Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the financial controller in cost accounting and reconciliation, posting and closing work.
• Regularly organize inventory and verification of fixed assets and current assets to ensure property accuracy, strengthen fixed asset and working capital management, and improve fund utilization.
• Communicate with supply chain, marketing, manufacturing and R&D departments to ensure account processing accuracy and timeliness.
• Irregularly review the financial accounting process, identify risk points and unreasonable points, and continuously optimize the process.
• Regularly collect, review, bind and register accounting information such as vouchers, statements, financial plans and important contracts, keep them in custody under the ‘Measures for the Management of Accounting Records’, and approve destruction procedures in accordance with regulations.
• Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.
• Perform other financial work assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Full set account experience.
• Bachelor diploma or above in finance and accounting, holding an accounting certificate or other related certificates; intermediate finance certificate preferred.
• Accounting related work experience of 3 years and above, familiar with various modules; manufacturing experience preferred; experience in new energy vehicle enterprises preferred.
• Able to independently carry out account processing, familiar with accounting regulations and tax laws, and proficient in the use of financial systems and software.
• Familiar with finance and have good professional ethics.
• Have good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; independent work ability and financial analysis ability.
• Work carefully and conscientiously, excellent stress resistance and sense of responsibility.
