We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accounting Clerk to handle accounts payable transactions, invoicing, and basic accounting functions. This role also includes supporting accounting policies related to revenue recognition and cost sharing. Additionally, the individual will assist with office administration tasks, including managing office supplies and handling official dealings with MOM on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance (Primary Role)
Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
Handle invoicing and reconciliation of payments.
Assist in maintaining financial records and reports.
Support revenue recognition and cost-sharing policies.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Office Administration (Secondary Role)
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with official dealings with MOM and other regulatory bodies.
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.
