● Master project management from planning to execution
● Act as a gatekeeper for project quality and standards
● Manage team efficiency and effectiveness
Client Handling● Provide sound advice to clients on achieving PR objectives and goals
● Develop and present a timeline of activities for client approval
● Set realistic client expectations and develop achievable KPIs
● Ensure timely delivery and maintain discipline within the team
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact
● Monitor industry issues relevant to the client, including competitor activity
Working with the team● Maintain ongoing communication with AD to ensure smooth account operation
● Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards
● Mentor junior team members on technical and soft skills to boost morale and confidence
New Business● Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
● Contribute to proposal development, including strategy, brainstorming, and presentations
● Explore opportunities to expand digital and design services
Stakeholder Engagement● Train AEs on stakeholder engagement and relationship building
● Develop and review materials for stakeholder approval
● Track engagement progress and suggest improvements
● Liaise with senior stakeholders and facilitate networking opportunities
● Prepare briefing notes and follow-up actions
Digital and Design● Maintain current knowledge of social media and digital platforms
● Develop social media strategies and content plans
● Leverage current events for social media opportunities
● Manage relationships with external content partners
● Highlight how our design capabilities can benefit clients
Financial and Administrative● Alert ADs if budgets are not aligning with plans
● 3-5 years experience in PR/advertising industry
● Excellent writing skills
● Strong presentation and idea articulation skills
● Experience in new business pitches
● Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work
