Job Description

(Entry-level) Junior Account Assistant | Up to $2.6k / Month | West

Working Days:5.5 days per week
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (rotational basis, will be rotated among the department)
  • Note:Only required to workone full Saturday per month(8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). A½-day offwill be provided in return.
  • Handle partial accounts payable & receivables
  • Reconcile sales receipts and cash transactions
  • Perform data entry (e.g., keying receipt vouchers into the accounting system)
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales in the system with all necessary documents
  • Liaise with outlets and departments to verify and match transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Minimum GCE O-Level
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (exp in the manufacturing industry is a plus)
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
