Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating 3D models from 2D drawings.
• Ability to visualize, create and repair CAD data in common formats (.STL, .OBJ, .3DM).
• Experience generating 3D models via scanning or company tools within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models based on 2D drawings.
• Visualize, create and repair CAD files/data (.STL, .OBJ, .3DM).
• Generate 3D models by scanning or using company software within deadlines.
• Generate 2D image renders for visualization based on 3D models.
• Operate and maintain the Rapid Prototyping Machine.
• Liaise with suppliers for materials used in producing CAD models and other 3D matters.
• Maintain stock records and ensure supply of 3D consumables.
• Keep a monthly maintenance logbook for the RP Machine.
• Perform post-processes and provide high QC for 3D printed jobs.
• Follow and update 3D printing SOPs to optimize output.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the Rapid Prototyping Machine as needed.
