Jr Network Engineer at Blue Wireless

You will bridge customer needs and our business, designing practical, cost-effective solutions. Your role involves coordinating between Sales, Product, and Technical teams to resolve customer issues, demonstrating attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. You should be able to simplify complex technical concepts for clients and understand product limitations to guide sales and provide feedback to the Product team.

Responsibilities include:
Provisioning
  • Preparing equipment by staging, configuring, and testing routers
  • Supporting deployment and installation of routers at customer sites
  • Providing technical support for installations, troubleshooting, and configuration
  • Managing technical tests and supporting global remote support activities
Incident Resolution
  • Performing basic troubleshooting
  • Managing incident resolution from start to finish per SLA
  • Explaining network issues and resolutions clearly to clients
  • Participating in troubleshooting calls and collaborating with support engineers across time zones
Pre-Sales Support
  • Advising sales team on LTE coverage
  • Creating handover and incident reports post-deployment
  • Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with the team
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols
  • Problem-solving skills for basic network issues
  • Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work after hours if needed
  • Ownership of customer issues from start to finish
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
