Our client is among the most widely used apps in Singapore. They provide services such as ride services, restaurant delivery, and other logistics services.

The Job
You will be part of a fast-paced and lean team that establishes strong business relationships with the unmanaged Merchants on the app platform. Your role as a Partner Engagement Coordinator will require you to create opportunities to build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and satisfied

• Managing various channels (social media, electronic direct mail marketing, webinars) to maintain ongoing communication with Merchants
• Developing engaging content and collateral tailored to Merchant needs and interests to foster a sense of community and loyalty and drive effective Merchant communications
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create impactful and engaging content that will enhance Merchants' experience
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from Merchants and reviewing engagement metrics to measure success of engagements and identify areas for improvement
• Preparing regular reports on satisfaction, engagement levels and campaign performances

The Talent

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and win over merchants
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Basic Canva/Photoshop design capability
• Good creativity, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of functions such as vlookup, pivot tables and ability to build presentation slides
• At least 3 months of marketing, e-commerce, or events related experience
• Experience in F&B industry
